I want to keep it simple. James Kopitko at Barar & Associates was extremely helpful, can not recommend him enough. Visa applications tend to make people nevous, certainly made me nervous. Being nervous and curious I called James so many times. James picked up the phone every time and responded to each of my queries in detail. Thats all you need really, some kindness and a word of reassurance from someone experienced. I dont think I have ever left a review in my life, I really felt the urge to this time. I cannot recommend Barar & Associates enthusiastically enough as they helped us navigate a FLR(M) application process (within-country) that turned out to be more complex and drawn out than we could have anticipated, stretching from midyear till today.  At every stage of this protracted process, the team at Barar demonstrated warmth, professionalism and genuine care.  I would be remiss if I did not single out Pam Barar, James Kopitko and Mariam Touray for their consistent reassurances and capacity to calmly guide us in negotiating every request for further information from the Home Office, as well as communicating what their honest assessment of the evolving process was at each stage in language intelligible to those of us outside the legal fraternity.  What stood out most to us was the "family feel" they brought to the experience, which made their support tangible such that we were not reduced to an inanimate case file.  Their steadiness helped us stay grounded in what turned out to be a fairly draining process and their expertise ensured that each response we submitted was clear, concise and complete, meeting the exact query of the HO.  Barar Associates made what turned out to be an overwhelming process navigable for us and for that we are deeply grateful!
