Preparation and Submission of Your Application

After an initial consultation, we will guide you through the preparation and submission stages, providing tailored advice at every step.

Estimated Timescales

Once we receive all required documentation and information, we aim to prepare, advise on, and submit your application within 10 working days. Please note that timescales may vary depending on the complexity of your case.

Professional Fees and Home Office Disbursements

Our professional fees are subject to current Home Office disbursements, which may vary according to Home Office guidance and immigration rules. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

Hourly Rate for General Immigration Advice

We offer general immigration advice at our standard hourly rate of £300 plus VAT per hour. This service is available for clients seeking independent advice or additional support beyond our fixed-fee services.

VAT and Additional Charges

All prices listed are subject to 20% VAT. Matters will be handled by some or all of the following team members: Solicitors, Trainee Solicitors, and Immigration Paralegals.

Fixed Fees and Additional Work

While we primarily offer fixed fees for our immigration services, any additional work beyond the agreed service inclusions, including delays of 3 months or more as outlined in our Client Care Letter (CCL), will be charged at our hourly rate.
