Administrative Review

Administrative review rights may be given instead of appeal rights if an application is refused by the Home Office. It is usually quicker than submitting an appeal. However, the review is only made by the Home Office and does not involve a judge. The administrative review rights must be made within 14 days upon the receipt of the decision.
