Not satisfied with the decision of the Home Office? Make an appeal with us
Appeal rights may be given if an application to the Home Office has been refused. During the appeal process, the appellant(s) will receive a Notice of Hearing and be required to prepare further evidence to submit for consideration. At the hearing, the documents submitted will be viewed by the judge and any oral evidence will be heard in the presence of a presenting officer(s) from the Home Office and the appellant(s).
