The British Nationality Amendment No.3 under Regulations 2015 (2015/1806)
From 12 November 2015, applicants based on EU right of permanent residence in the UK have to possess a valid residence permit issued under the Immigration Regulations 2000 stating that applicant is permitted to stay indefinitely in the UK in order to apply for Naturalisation.
