Overseas Domestic Workers’ visas

Two new elements are included in regards to overseas domestic workers’ visa categories, both in private and diplomatic households:

–          Allowing domestic workers to change their employers within six months since the issue of leave to enter regardless whether they have or have not been a victim of abuse;

–          To make those with “conclusive grounds’’ decision, victims of trafficking and slavery to apply for leave to remain as a domestic worker up to two years;
